Two clusters of native gold crystals one calcite with quartz matrix from Romania. Specimens of the Roata mine in this size are hard to find from this location. Measures approximately 60x45x40 mm and weighs approximately 0,055 kilogramme.

A classic cavnic gold specimen with bright leaves. The mines in this area is closed for good; de mine was operational since the early 1300's.
Cavnic formerly was known as Kapnik, Hungary as part of the Austro-Hungarian empire.
