Specimens of native silver usually consist of wires that are curved and intertwined together.
This specimen from Pöhla, Saxony, Germany has on both sides (different) dendritic, fern-like crystal structures of native Silver covering almost the whole arsenic matrix.

The bright silver interconnected crystals are up to 5-6 mm long on contrasting dark grey native arsenic matrix. Measures approximately 90x65x30 mm and weighs approximately 0,310 kilogramme.
The native silver has most beautiful fern plant alike structures so typical for native silver specimen from the Pöhla area.


We cleaned the mineral, but that’s only temporary.
The silver crystals shall (as all pure Silver) turn black again.
Like silver jewelry the specimen can be cleaned with a silver-dip.
