Beautiful thumbnail, bright metallic flakes of native silver on bright blue-green chrysocolla.
A decorative sample of native silver from the famous Clara Mine.
Measures approximately 20x30xx15 mm.
The pit is well known because, to date, over 375 different minerals have been found here, including several that are very rare.
The portal of the mine is located in the upper part of the Rankach valley; the dumps and processing plant are located in the Kinzig valley near Hausach, about 1 km south of Wolfach.
