The Beckermet Mine is widely more known for perfect hematite specimen than for fluorite
This is a pale green fluorite cubes up to 30-35 mm, some partly covered with a thin crust of chalcopyrite.
A beautiful and extremely rare specimen from this historic location; only a few partly chipped edges.

The Beckermet Mine was opened in 1903 and closed in 1973. Primarily worked for iron ore from hematite, the mine complex also produced many specimens, including calcite, quartz, hematite, fluorite, and dolomite.
