Measures approximately 90x80x50 mm  and weighs approximately 0,400 kilogramme.

Quartz covered with a thin layer of limonite. On top of that there are countless solitary, by limonite yellow-orange coloured, doubly terminated calcite crystals. A super decorative piece.
The mines in the area are closed for good, but had been operating since the early 1300's.
Cavnic formerly it was known as Kapnik, Hungary as part of the Austro-Hungarian empire.
