Small, lustrous cluster of lilac-colored cobaltoan calcite from Bou Azzer, Maroc. Measures approximately 90x50x50 mm and weighs approximately 0,34 kilogramme.
The mining district of Bou Azzer is located 35 km south of Ourzazate in the south central Marocco. Exceptional cobaltocalcite specimens have been produced from the Bou Azzer Mining complex. Color ranges from a little pink to deep brilliant magenta red.
