Several layers twinned selenite crystals with a matte surface texture giving a frosted appearance. It has only 1 small attachment point at the backside.
Measures approximately 100x70x35 mm and weighs approximately 0,275 kilogramme.
Selenite is a mineral that comes in many forms. It crystallizes in a form resembling a fishtail or for example a curving horn.
Fishtail Selenite (also called Gypsum) is called so for the simple fact that visually it resembles the V of a fishes tail.
