Beautiful specimen of  translucent green cupro adamite on a rust-red Limonite matrix. Dimensions: 60x35x25 mm. Weight 0,050 kilogramme.
The Ojuela mine, is probably Mexico's greatest mineral locality and surely its most beloved. The deposit is already actively mined for 350 years.
The more than a hundred species now known from the deposit include the world's finest (fluorescent) adamite (in a gorgeous array of colors and habits), rosasite, fluorite, calcite, wulfenite and other species.
